Rates

RV rates range from $18.00 – $27.50 nightly and $90.00 – $150.00 weekly to $450.00 monthly year-round.

Cabin rates range from $69.95 to $175.00 nightly.

Seasons
Low Season – January 1 to March 15
Mid Season – September 16 to December 31 & March 15 to June 30
High Season – July 1 to September 15

High season rates apply on all holiday weekends, as well as minimum stay required. Please inquire; we have many specials throughout the year.

All of our rates are based on 2 persons; $10 per night per extra person.

Pets are $10.00 per night in cabins.

• We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express. A credit card deposit equal to the first nights room & tax is required to confirm reservations.

Cancellations & No-Shows
A fourteen (14) days prior notice to avoid penalty.  Cancellations made prior to the two weeks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.  Cancellations, date changes, No Show, or unscheduled early departures within 14-days of arrival are subject to 100% of the total reserved room charge plus tax.
